Natalie Angela On Health This Week with Don Baillargeon
Posted in: Video | Comments (0)
The purpose of Awareness Beyond Consciousness is twofold.
The first is to provide and inspire insight into very deep questions about the nature of reality and existence, what and who we are, how we got here and why.
The second is to aid in the healing of the Mind, Body and Soul by drilling down to the core cause(s) of what ails us thereby releasing true freedom, joy and healing into our lives.
We probe the depths of the nature of reality as we experience it including the spiritual structure of our universe. We will explore both ancient and modern texts and thought systems while putting forth ideas designed to encourage expansion of current thoughts on the origin and destiny of mankind.
This in turn supplies the foundation for healing all of our ills by providing us with the true cause of illness, fear, pain and despair thus equipping us with the knowledge to heal at the level of cause which is the only level that true healing can occur. “The power of wholeness is extension. Do not arrest your thought in this world, and you will open your mind to creation in God” —A Course In Miracles.
This interview can also be seen on TV with Health This Week and online at healthtelevision.com, CNN iReport YouTube.com, and BlackwaveTV.com.

What We Offer
Posted in: Video | Comments (0)
What do we offer?
We provide information and a program of practical application and integration of spiritual teachings into everyday life. Thus equipping individuals with the understanding and tools to process through their current life condition releasing true happiness, joy and freedom into the experience of being alive.
Why does it matter?
The lack of practical understanding of the basic questions of “Who Am I” and “Why Am I Here” is the primary reason for the fear, anger, anxiety, frustration and discontent that plague the human psyche.Processing through these questions emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually opens our consciousness to the realization of Unity which brings Peace of Mind.
How is it different?
The fundamental difference lies in ABC’s unique and unified approach to Spirituality. We create our distinct position through the understanding, utilization and practical application of science and spirituality.
We accomplish this through the integration of Mysticism, Western, Eastern, Nature-Based Religions and Spiritual Disciplines, Archaeology, Paleoanthropology, Psychology, Cosmology, Mythology, Quantum Physics, A Course In Miracles and The Kybalion while providing the tools to apply this knowledge in everyday life facilitating peace, joy and happiness.
If you are seeking a clearer understanding of your life circumstances and are yearning heal at the level of cause contact me at Natalie@abcacim.org and begin your journey to wholeness, peace and harmony.

The Nature of Perception
Posted in: Perception | Comments (0)
your right brain. If you see it the other way, you are using left brain.
Some people do see both ways, but most people see it only one way.
See if you can make her go one way and then the other by
shifting the brain’s current.
BOTH DIRECTIONS CAN BE SEEN
Experimentation has shown that the two different sides, or hemispheres,
of the brain are responsible for different manners of thinking.
The following table illustrates the differences between left-brain and
right-brain thinking:
Left Brain Right Brain
Logical Random
Sequential Intuitive
Rational Holistic
Analytical Synthesizing
Objective Subjective
Looks at Looks at
parts wholes
Most individuals have a distinct preference for one of
these styles of thinking. Some, however, are more
whole-brained and equally adept at both modes.
In general, schools tend to favor left-brain modes of
thinking, while downplaying the right-brain activities.
Left-brain scholastic subjects focus on logical thinking,
analysis, and accuracy. Right-brained subjects, on the
other hand, focus on aesthetics, feeling, and creativity.
If you look away, she may switch from one direction to the other.
What are your thoughts?

Releasing Guilt
Posted in: Forgiveness | Comments (0)
Guilt is the servant of the past. When we hold onto guilt, our attention, energy and intent, which are present now, are focused on what is no longer there. When we feel guilty and/or engender
guilt in others we are blocking our acceptance that the past is over.
This process renders our only true moment of creativity and freedom — The Present — utterly useless.
This is not to say that we deny what has occurred or just say it’s okay. What it means is it is essential that we come to the passionate realization that we no longer want to be held prisoner by the past. This commitment to present moment awareness brings with it the ability to release ourselves from the bondage of the past allowing us to utilize the only time we have …NOW… to facilitate our freedom.
Forgiveness and the release of guilt is not a onetime deal but a continual process. Whenever we find ourselves engrossed in the past we have an opportunity to release ourselves and others by enthusiastically shifting our awareness to the present moment.

Awareness

Awareness is the knowing of Self as Being. This knowing is inherent within the very nature of Reality and becomes evident once the dependence on
consciousness and perception to define reality as separate is abandoned, allowing the awareness of Wholeness to be restored.
It is through this recognition that the experiences we deem to be real are given a new depth and dimension in the mind. This allows just enough room in consciousness to permit awareness to emerge thus replacing the consciousness of separation with the awareness of wholeness.
Awareness is the knowing of Self As Is, beyond temporal experiences. The Self. The ‘I’ out of which me/myself arises. The knowing of Self which is not contingent on experience to define Self but the knowing of Self as Being.
This knowledge is facilitated by the recognition of wholeness as the primary state of existence and is substantiated by the subsequent experience of reality through awareness which is not bound by or dependent on temporal experiences.

Perception
Posted in: Perception | Comments (0)
Perception is literally a way of looking at the world. It relies primarily on the body’s eyes for validation of what it perceives to be ‘out there’. At it’s basic level
consciousness filters out approximately 98% of what the mind perceives. Of the remaining 2% it allows only what it, through the self, has predetermined to be real to rise to the surface of the mind. This is the process by which belief is validated through perception and a sense of consummate reality established.
Perception requires, at its fundamental level, the separation of wholeness into quantifiable parts with each part given meaning as determined by consciousness.
Awareness requires no such stratification. It is the realization of wholeness that is required to actualize the knowledge of Being.
It is not through unifying the ‘separate parts’ that Awareness occurs but through the recognition that there are no separate parts to unify. Wholeness never ceased being and is only Known in Mind through which Being is Aware.

Consciousness

“You have not only been fully created, but have also been created perfect. There is no emptiness in you. Because of your
likeness to your Creator you are creative. No child of God can lose this ability because it is inherent in what he is, but he can use it inappropriately by projecting. The inappropriate use of extension, or projection, occurs when you believe that some emptiness or lack exists in you, and that your can fill it with your own ideas instead of truth.” (ACIM pg. 14 original edition;pg 17 second edition)
Once the projection from the Self outward had been accepted, the self that was thereby invented and subsequently established, was the medium through which consciousness was born and time began.
Consciousness is the result of the belief in self that is confirmed in and defined by experiences. It is a reflective state of existence that is completely dependent on perception to identify itself. It is through consciousness that experiences are perceived and their meaning determined. However, this meaning is then used to define the very self out of which consciousness emanates.
This cyclical pursuit, designed to bestow significance on the projected self, is the origin of the pervading sense of impermanence that permeates the underlying experience of consciousness. The self as perceived by consciousness, is not the Ultimate Self Known by Being but the subjective self as it is defined through the perception of experiences.
Being is the primary state of existence and is known through awareness. Consciousness is a reflective state and is experienced through perception.

Manifestation Of Thought
Posted in: Consciousness | Comments (0)
As many of us know, the basic foundation of the universe as we perceive it is consciousness and we manifest our experiences via our thoughts and intent. With this assertion firmly in place, it then begs the question…”Why do events I absolutely do not want to happen,
happen anyway?” When we truly accept, at the experiential level, that the fundamental construct of the universe is consciousness the reasons and the means to correct this phenomenon become self-evident.
Our first step is to learn to differentiate between what we think we are thinking and what we are actually thinking. Our experiences are a direct result of what we are actually thinking. For example, most of us have had the occasion when we say to ourselves “I am not angry” “I will not allow this to upset me” “I’m fine” whilst the body is having the chemical reaction to anger e.g. heart racing, stomach churning, hands clenching etc.. When this occurs we have told ourselves one thing but manifested another.
The body is neutral. It does what we tell it to do whether or not we realize we are the initiator. As a result, the body is one the most effective means we have of revealing what we are actually thinking because every feeling we have is the direct result of a preceding thought. So, by telling ourselves we are not angry whilst the body is having the chemical reaction of anger is to hide ourselves from Our Self.
Our next step is to recognize that whatever we give our attention to we bring into manifestation. For example, when we tell ourselves “I want to bring…into my life” “I want to have…” “I want be…” whilst we are in fear of the myriad ways it can be thwarted, even to the point of taking active measures to avoid an undesirable outcome, we have effectively shifted our attention from what we want to what we don’t want thus manifesting the latter.
The key is to give our undivided attention to our aspirations while keeping the outcome clearly in mind. This allows us to perceive and utilize any ‘obstacles’ along the way as a means of aiding in the achievement our goal.
The universe is thought made manifest and our experiences are our thoughts made manifest. Once we understand that this is not just conceptual but actual we will have begun to heal the seeming divide between what we want and what we have.

Experiential Knowledge of Our Divine Self
Posted in: Awareness | Comments (0)
We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Most of us have heard this assertion and deem it to be true. However, for some it still remains more of a spiritual concept worthy of
aspiration than an actual state of being in the world.
As many of us know, spirituality must be practical in order to be effective. We have access to myriad strategies designed to facilitate awareness of our Divine Self. Many of which include coaching on how to practically apply the knowledge it conveys into everyday life and when applied consistently, does deepen awareness.
Most of the perceived disconnect between spirituality and the practicality of living in this world originates in the idea that spirituality resides in a different order of reality and as a result must be attained. While the spiritual does originate in a different order of reality it manifests in this order and does not lose any of its divine quality in the process indicating that it does not need to be attained but recognized.
The most successful opportunities we consistently encounter to facilitate experiential knowledge of our Divine Self are our interactions with our fellow human beings who join us on this journey into the physical. It is both noble and necessary to for us to seek to deepen our understanding of our divine nature through whatever positive precepts, exercises and tenets we embrace but it is equally necessary for us to seek to recognize the Divine in others.
This recognition of the Divine in others, regardless of external circumstances, is the gateway through which a deep understanding of the nature of reality is obtained and the realization of our Divine Self substantiated. At the fundamental level of reality, the level of creation, there is no separation in the Divine Light we all share, there is only Unity. We Are One.
