Images are selected intuitively in a way that assists us in accessing our deeper selves and facilitates our journey of wholeness.

You will have a positive, creative experience that allows you to intuitively access you own inner “knowing” and help you to answer life’s questions. Magazine images, scissors, glue, and mat board will be used to create SoulCollage® cards that reflect parts of your life’s stories, inner selves, and archetypal guides.

You will have the opportunity to share your cards with others in a safe and comfortable setting and experience a simple exercise that will help you “hear” what the cards are saying to you.

All materials are supplied. Feel free to bring in your own magazine images and photos of loved ones, etc.

  • Through the breath the body is opened and light is pulled in through the soul star  and or released from our very core to open the chakras
  • Different meditations will be used to realize one’s inner sense of vibration and unique melody

    Women In Focus is a nurturing group I originally formed in the mid-nineties. It is a group by women, for women and about women and the trials and triumphs of what it means to be female.

    We explore the many facets of womanhood; what it means to be a daughter, a sister, a friend, a working mom, a boss, an employee, an entrepreneur, a wife, a girlfriend, a stay at home mom, a grandmother, a great grandmother, infertility, pre-menstrual, menstrual, pre-menopause, menopause, post menopause, etc. etc. We delve into the many ways in which we experience ourselves in the roles we fulfill and the expectations of others as they perceive and relate to us in these roles.

    Women in Focus is a sacred space for females of all ages to explore the essence of who we are, not just the roles the fill.
